1. Who we are

The data controller is PK Intermedia, trading as 01 Media. Service area: Täby, Stockholm, Sweden. Email: info@01media.com. This policy applies to visitors of www.01media.com and related contact processes.

2. What data we collect

We may process:

• Data you send us — for example name, company, email, phone, website URL, and message text when you use our contact form or email us.
• Technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and approximate location (as processed by our hosting and security tools where needed).
• Analytics data — aggregated, privacy-oriented statistics via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), only after you accept analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Spam protection — data processed by Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise when you submit forms, to tell real visitors from bots.

3. Why we use your data

We use personal data to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and bill services, keep our site secure, and — if you consent — measure how the site is used. The legal bases under the UK GDPR / EU GDPR are typically: contract or steps before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), legitimate interests such as security and basic analytics where allowed (Article 6(1)(f)), and consent for non-essential cookies and optional marketing (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

4. How long we keep data

Enquiry and client records are kept only as long as needed to handle your request or the business relationship, and for any legal, tax, or accounting period required (often up to several years for business correspondence). GA4 data is stored according to Google’s settings and retention rules. You can ask us to delete or restrict data where the law allows.

5. Who we share data with

We use trusted service providers (processors) for hosting, email, analytics, and security. These may include:

• Google Ireland Limited — GA4 (property ID G-ZJWPRTKTZL) and reCAPTCHA Enterprise, under Google’s terms and privacy policies.
• Hosting provider — servers may be located in the EU/EEA or other regions with appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

We do not sell your personal data. Processors may only use data on our instructions.

6. International transfers

Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data in the United States or other countries. Where data leaves the EEA/UK, we rely on mechanisms approved under GDPR (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or standard contractual clauses).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, to data portability, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Sweden, the lead authority is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
